I loved this movie. I typically don’t like political or period pieces because I find them depressing and I get enough of that with our current administration 🙄. But this movie had me captured from start to finish. Well worth the watch. 👏

Great acting. A movie to walk away with learning an incredible true story.

Like all military coups and Chile's is not the exception, this movie shows the violation of human rights during the Pinochet era. But the most interesting part is the way old practices from the nazis were used in the interrogations. I highly recommend this film due to its historic importance.

A dull romance with a ridiculous ending, masquerading as a political film about the horrors of the Pinochet regime in Chile. All the main characters are European, with the Chilean characters reduced to cardboard revolutionaries and soldiers. Worst of all, it's boring.

Short and Simple: Exiting and Thrilling, kept me at the edge of my seat

I haven't watched this movie yet! But based on the reviews I think I might. This looks like a great movie!

I love how people give negative reviews on this (including rotten tomatoes), but yet when a movie based on true events has played up and exaggerated drama added to it, people love to pitch a fit about that. The majority of this movie is factual, obviously there is a romance added to the story line, but seriously..... I would rather see this kind of movie any day based on true events than something else played up for cinematic value. So what do you chose? A movie that's 90% fake to make the money, or a real story with small added storylines keeping true to actual facts?? I highly recommend it!

This movie had me on the edge of my seat the entire time! Emma Watsons performance is nothing short of incredible and touching. She makes you feel everything her character is going through. I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews! This was a well done movie with an interesting, exciting and telling story!

I enjoyed this movie. It had an interesting story line that was full of suspense. Worth watching for sure.

Held together by sticks, band-aids, and dubble-bubble chewing gum...A solid performance by Ms. Watson is unfortunately wasted by a poorly written script with a major identity crisis.
