  • Good Movie, not as good as the OG or the OG's Sequels

I actually enjoyed this movie, while I prefer a more balance team of Ghostbuster, like 2 Guys & 2 Females, I didn't have an issue with the 4 Females that were in the team, I thought it was a fun movie, not great, not terrible, in the middle, I think the CGI/Special Effects were bad, especially compared to the 1984 Ghostbusters & 1989 Ghostbusters 2 movies, and definitely 2021's Ghostbusters: Afterlife, & 2024's Ghostbuster: Frozen Empire, I was born in '84, so I grew up loving this franchise, while I'm so happy the originals agreed to return to the 2021 & 2024 movies, I think in the future this 2016 version should get a sequel, I'd like to see them expand on the ending of, I forget which female Ghostbuster heard it, but Zuul & possible Gozer in their own way. I'd honestly give the 2016 movie a 4/5 cause it was funny, I enjoy movies that people perceive are horrible, I refuse to listen to so called "experts".

I was surprised the original actors had parts that weren’t related to pass Ghostbuster movies but played cameos as different characters. Only a few funny scenes and Really poor writing. Pass on this one. 1, 2 and 4 are great with 5 coming out soon and relate to the original movie.

This adaptation was a true nightmare. How are you going to the change the original cast and make it into a comedy??

This movie sucked more than anything has ever sucked before! Let's take four mediocre comedic women and one guy willing to play the token moron man. This is nothing but a poorly written feminist remake of a great movie. Hemsworth should never be allowed to play Thor again after this movie. Replacing all the male characters with females... really? Ray Charles could see that obvious symbolism... I have a daughter and I beleive she can do whatever she truely puts her mind too... statements like this crap movie make it harder for real women. The critics must be liberals or watching the wrong move.

A very bad parody of 1984 movie, not funny, terrible jokes, do not waste your time on watching this movie, just don’t watch Ghostbusters 1984, or even Ghostbusters 2, or afterlife
  • I have trouble understanding why people don’t like it

This movie is thrilling and hilarious. It truly has a perfect cast, I wouldn’t change a thing! They are a hilarious quartet. Everyone has so many stand out funny moments. I laughed so hard I cried.
