Best movie I’ve seen in years. A 4-star average is a joke. 5 big ones.
  • This movie is garbage

The script for this movie was apparently written by someone who has never had a conversation with another human being. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.
  • Ridiculous script

What kind of movie ends like this.... nothing happened the whole movie... nothing... No explanation no answers..... if I could do a negative star review I would. Horrible don’t waste the time on this STUPID movie.

I never saw a drama that got so many laughs out of me. It was surreal to sit in an audience that was laughing once or twice a minute-- almost in spite of themselves (given the dark subject matter.) And yet it wasn't a comedy. It was just a beautiful character study and an intriguing story, refusing to be bound by genre. And behind all the laughter, it was deeply affecting. Not that the Oscars matter, but if they did, I'd argue that this one should have won.
  • A delightful rollercoaster ride.

When the main character, Mrs. ____ chewed out the preacher with multile F bombs I quickly lost interest, but I can visualize after that, how the liberal media types would get off on all of that. I was that close to turning it off then, but I could not get to the remote control fast enough. Looks like it had good potential, but "bombed" to me.
  • Great Movie!
