Nothing can prepare you for the mind-blowing mayhem that is Overlord. Mega producer J.J. Abrams creates an insanely twisted thrill ride about a team of American paratroopers who come face-to-face with Nazi super-soldiers unlike the world has ever seen. This critically acclaimed, nonstop action epic will have you on the edge of your seat until the very last shot.

The plot is similar to other movies of the same gender, I give it 3 stars for entertainment.

This movie captured my imagination of what a zombie ww2 movie should look like. Strong characters, narrative, plot point & setting. I hope for a sequel to this releases. J.j abrams outdid himself with this movie.
  • Incredible let down.

Total lack of character development or quality characters, lack of overall story cohesiveness... and literally almost NOT ONE SINGLE ZOMBIE throughout the entirety of the whole movie. So much hype and expectation, only to fall short.
  • Inglourious Basterds meets Re-Animator

I thrilly enjoyed Overlord it was a suprise that J.J. Abrams didn't direct this film instead they got Juiles Avery and this director know what he was doing and made the film look dirty, brutal and over the top awesome. Overlord isn't J.J. Abrams best film but it had loads of monster truck violence and soild performences from the lead actors this may be the Inglourious Basterds of 2018 but overall i highly recommend this film it's well-written and you will have a fun time watching it drunk.
  • Exciting and bloody

I don’t know what the hell some people are talking about with their reviews. This film had me hooked the whole way. It was an excellent modern exploitation movie. People complain about “political correctness” but I don’t understand why. Because one of the guys is African American? It’s a zombie movie with over the top action and a black dude is where you draw the line in terms of believability? Some people are obsessed with an imaginary “agenda”
  • Good Fx, slow narrative, poor film

This is the first movie I have streamed and it turned out to be a flop. The cast is good, the movie flows like aged molasses. There is some action that happens at the end. Total waste the time
  • My man Zook

This movie was very entertaining. Wyatt Russel was very believable in this role, I guess he’s still out there just punching through ceilings still.
  • Criminally underrated.

A lot of people hate on this movie for being “PC” when I honestly didn’t find that at all. It’s an excellent B-movie that’s as campy and as gorey as you’d want it to be. I mean, who doesn’t love a movie about nazi zombies. I’d say if you’re looking for an action-packed zombie movie, I’d highly recommend this.
