Most major movies now are extremely technical to make, this film is the same. Very well done. Not a movie for everyone but it gives insight into how this period of history would be: isolated pockets of humans that had to live by revenge justice. I enjoyed the film.

Although the movie is predictable, the scenes are amazing and the acting is really good, I want to see more movies from these ages.

The cinematography is great acting is great. Has a feeling to it similar to The Revertant. Overall a good rent for two bucks. I personally wouldn’t buy it though.

Ehh, meh, it's ok. Not saying to not watch it. But it ought to cost about $5 bucks max
  • Predictable, annoying, boring

The crying baby was too much for me! The visuals are great. The story is nothing new in the way it plays out. That makes it predictable and boring. The mix of undistinguishable and modern language is either an error or done on purpose. Maybe watching it muted would be better.
  • Interesting, lots of things left out

According to the grains and pollens found, Otzi had recently traveled a great distance to the south where farming was the standard. In his bag they also found half-finished arrows and a number of other interesting things. It is clear that he had offended someone in that area and they pursued him onto the mountain. There were also quite a few tattoos. It would have been interesting if they could have worked a bit more of this into the story. . As for his pose, this was not as he fell, but was due to shifting in the glacier, as it was estimated that his remains had shifted a great distance over the centuries. In any case, this is a good movie and, while based on conjecture mixed with a lot of imagination, it provides a good feel of the overall situation.
  • Amazing! What a film!

Didn’t expect more after he had fallen in the hole as the preview showed, but then there you go.

This movie is boring and predictable. Its only redeeming quality is some beautiful cinematography. My advice is: don’t bother.
  • Nice surprise
