    I have been NSNG for 6 years and all my health issues have disappeared and lost over 60 lbs! This movie is just as good or better than the first one! Please if you have any medabolic heath issues or want to prevent them and be healthy as possiable please watch and consider this lifestyle that has helped so many now.

Vinnie presents an all-star cast from the Low Carb community, providing not only his expert perspective on the subject but also those of individuals that are deeply committed to the health and well-being of humans worldwide. I sincerely appreciate the depth of knowledge contained within this documentary and the unbiased interests expressed. I highly recommend this movie to all that wish to embrace a healthy lifestyle.
