Inspiring and heart wrenching at the same time. Very real and down to earth. I am a combat vet myself and believe this is a great movie for vets and non vets alike. I truly hope this reaches someone in crisis and helps them to get to the other side. There is hope. Semper Fi.

I remember when Jon first told us he was making this documentary. I never thought it would have an impact this big. The way it’s captured and the trust we gave the film maker showed to make this an amazing documentary. Watching my brothers tell their stories took me back to those days and made me cry and at the same time I laughed with them. This film captures it all. I am very proud of how everyone involved with this film stayed away from politics and just captured truth.

A very powerful documentary. It gave me a different perspective and deeper understanding of what our brave heroes face coming home. So grateful for the servicemen, families, and friends for opening their lives and sharing their stories with us through this great film. ❤️🙏🏻

It’s not often film so accurately and deeply reaches the soul. I found myself seeing the spoken word of thought and phrases I have uttered. Throughout the film, I kept pausing to reflect on the same conversations and family and friend interactions I would later regret and also the grief and struggle. This film is a road map for veterans to heal. Absolutely excellent

Jon’s story, shines a light on the battles Veterans face after returning home from America’s battlefields. The film demonstrates just how important it is that we, as the country for which they’ve sacrificed, make sure our Veterans have the support and services they need to win those battles! Welcome home Jon and all those who have served! Brilliant filmmaking!! A must watch!!

Wow. I saw this incredible documentary this weekend. It’s message portrays Veterans with respect, and realism in dealing with a problem that, in frank terms, most scripted films out of Hollywood misrepresent. A must watch for anyone who thinks they know anything about our men and women who have served to protect our country.

This movie is a truly powerful look into the after effects of serving in war. Not just Jonathan, but the men and women interviewed for the movie were such an inspiration of courage in war and the courage it takes to live day by day after returning home. Thank you for your service.
