A small group of close friends is invited to move in and document a real haunted house for two weeks. Filmmakers Vera and Kendall Whelpton, along with their paranormal investigator friends Richel Stratton and Brian Murray immerse themselves deep into the experience. With hopes of capturing real paranormal evidence day and night, the team will investigate and document the house best known for a seance gone wrong, with a possible demonic possession. Will they be able to make it through their stay? Do spirits still haunt this home or is it something more sinister? From the Producers and Director of the House in Between.

When you go looking for a ghost hunting film you are looking to feel those little goosebumps and then have to turn on the hallway lights before you walk to your bedroom. This film is well made and there is no over the top drama from the team. Also so serious bravery for crawling into tight spaces full of who knows what. This film is what I always wanted from shows like Ghost Hunters but without the hype. I’m going to have to go back and rewatch the Conjuring now too. Kudos to the cast and crew for a job well done!

Dumb!! Don’t waste your time or money like I did. That’s an hour and a half I will NEVER get back.

The crew from sleepless unrest caught some cool footage as well as got interesting perspective from the conjuring house owners. It was also great to see the experiences John Huntington had at the house as the caretaker/paranormal investigator. Good group of people fun to watch!

I wish I could say this was awful. It really wasn’t awful. But it really wasn’t good. Totally boring and not worth buying. Nothing happens. But at least they were honest. If nothing happens, nothing happens.

I am so happy and thrilled to be writing this review for The Sleepless Unrest. I consider Kendall, Vera, Richel and Brian dear friends of mine, and I'm so proud of their accomplishments. I love the immersive way you get sucked into the investigation. It is beautifully shot with gorgeous imagery. It's not easy to be paranormal investigators; sometimes the investigation is slow, and I think the film shows the honesty of all involved. I would love to know more about the homeowners and how they came to purchase the house. I also loved the fact that King Philip's War was brought in as a possible influence behind the activity. The land up there is old, and King Philip's War is a part of history that deserves more attention. Great job, everyone! I'm honored to know all of you!

I think I paid $7 to pre-order this movie. I should have read some reviews first though. Very slow with no good climaxes. At least the Paranormal Activity series would make you jump. I kept waiting for something to happen, but I was disappointed.

I am a huge horror fanatic, specifically movies regarding exorcism, ghosts or possessions. I love both blockbuster and B-rated films. I have to say this one I could not get into. Roughly 75% through the movie I fell asleep. Good thing I rented this one or I would have been upset at the waste of money. What obviously caught my attention was the Conjuring house but I was completely let down. I know this isn't a Conjuring movie but this is clearly trying to capitalize on the series popularity. This movie was as cheesy as every other ghost hunting show out there. If you are into that type of show then this is for you I guess. For everyone else don't bother.

Awful, save your money. Absolutely nothing happens. If you’re a horror fan or into paranormal documentaries, you won’t enjoy.

First I would say it was very well put together, a great job editing it. Second I trust the investigators and what they tried to accomplish. But you skip from day 2 to day 10 because nothing is happening. I’ve seen better evidence from the shows on TV so it wasn’t worth my $5 to rent. The most interesting and dumb thing that happened was at the very end after everyone went home. Why would you do that?! SMH
