Description

After his girlfriend (Amanda Wyss) ditches him for a boorish ski jock, Lane (John Cusack) decides that suicide is the only answer. However, his increasingly inept attempts bring him only more agony and embarrassment.     Loved this film. Back in the 80’s movies were fire. So many good ones from Breakfast Club to Caddyshack, Fast Times to 16 Candles. This is one of the best 80’s films to watch. I would recommend this movie 100%. It’s funny with a touch of romance. Truly a coming of age film. BOD is one you will watch again and again.

    I finally see the movie listed for streaming so I bought it and it appears a few memorable scenes are cut ?? Why? Glad it’s here but I didn’t see anything under the description that mentioned it was edited, disappointing for sure. This is a nostalgic movie from my youth, I’d give 5 stars if it wasn’t edited

    Ive been waiting for Itunes to put this on for years. love this movie, one of the best comedies ever. With Kim Darby as the mom, David Ogden Stiers as the dad, Dianne Franklin as the pretty french exchange student Curtis Armstrong as his buddy and John Cusack as the poor sap that got dumped. and the real star. a 1967 Camaro
