The Stepford Wives

If you have seen the original movie, this is a huge disappointment. While the cast was great, everything else was just an insult to the original. But my biggest question is, WHERE IS THE ORIGINAL!? This is the only movie version I found on iTunes.

Hate it royally. Opening scene is man hating feminist group having a televised pow wow (putting it lightly). After that the movie was a no go…. Sad i can’t give it a negative 5 star review.

This movie is about how the society follow into FALSA world calling it the perfect world, using a lots of needs that the human being die for "Beauty" "Money" "Luxury" and "Sex" with the help of the "Tecnology" creating a horrible people. Is really nice to see amazing actors and actress like Nicole Kidman, Bette Milder, Christopher Walker and specialy Gleen Close. This movie is really fun but the writer try to teach you something really important... you will see.

I'm not a fan of spooky stuff˘… I compared both movies and I thought the newer version was more fun and cute, I also thought the two best friends were hilarious and perfect touch to the movie!

This was a great movie and i love watching it but i really want to be able to rent it!!!

Come on guys, there are a load of movies out there that are worse than this. It was actually pretty darn funny. Especially Bette Midler. I was laughing out loud sometimes when she was onscreen. I can understand that people dont like it because they say its a disgrace to the original, but I haven't seen it so I cant compare. And yes the film isn't perfect, it contains a bit of a plot hole at the end, but this can be overlooked if you just want something that'll make you die laughing.

okay this movie was amazing i loved it and because nicole kidman was in it she is the best actress who ever lived and if she wasnt in this movie it probably wouldnt of been good but great movie and not to mention nicole in this movie was beautiful even with that short brown hair better with blonde tho but if yu wanna see a great movie see this! oh and all her movies of coarse!

The original is so much better. I can't believe that someone thought it would be good to turn a serious film into a campy comedy. The acting is horrible, but the production is worse. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS FILM.

If you are looking for a remake of the original dark stepford wives movie, you will be disappointed. I love this movie. I originally wanted to watch a realistic remake of the original, but did find myself laughing at this campy remake, so I take it for what it is and find it very entertaining.
