I would watch this movie as a kid and I loved it because of the suspense, mystery and plot twists. Maybe I have more profound mind but I understood this even as a child. I looked high and low for this movie, so when I found it on iTunes I didn’t hesitate to rent it. I would maybe even love a more in-depth remake or part 2 (not necessarily a sequel) but I love the movie overall... always have.

Beautifully Story-Telling. M. Knight Shymalan always does Intelligent Movies mixed with Magic and Imagination! This is one of those Movies. 😍💧✨

I had to read the plot points on wiki just to understand the movie and I still don’t get it. When the main character whispers the plot so inaudible you have to strain to hear anything...yeah, it’s bad.

Oh man, this movie is fun with friends, but that's it. It's a weird uncontrolled mess of a film, with bland acting and no personality, with best actor being shamwow himself. The characters are bland and the soundtrack is forgettable. Buy it if you want, just not on mobile.

Shamalang-a-ding-dong continues his steep decline while proving himself a one hit wonder (and even Sixth Sense hasn't stood the test of time). This lame effort features a weird chick in a swimming pool doing nothing much, for no real reason, and without any long-term point. M. Night (does the M stand for moron?) and his super inflated ego - based on nothing - will not allow him to hire a decent script writer and so he persists in his delusion that he has talent. I am sure those that liked this are the type of people that constantly find meaning in anything at all, they are that determined. Those of us that are happy to live with the fact that some things have no intrinsicly deep philosophy behind them and are the outpourings of a desperately declining career will be bored to tears 10 minutes in... I was.

This is one of those rainy day saturday afternoon type movies when you can't go outside to play basketball. I think that some people hate this movie because you have to pay attention and think about it. As most know, Joe average off the street doesn't like to do that.
