Amores Perros

I love this movie, I love all the movies with Gael :)

I must be a little starry-eyed, but sometimes movies (and I’m finding it’s usually non-US made movies) really need a character you can champion. This movie has one - except for the fact that he makes money dog fighting with his own dog. It’s violent - and just one of the incidents of dog violence in this movie. I can take any kind of humans being ripped apart, but when it comes to animals, I’m out. Otherwise it’s a good movie with well developed characters and situations. Glad I don’t live in Mexico.

Well, too many dogs and dead dogs and rats. And an irritating hole in the floor, that is surreal, but probably a metaphor for something. What I did like was the strong character development and clever three part story itself. Give it a go while on sale.

Best movie that Gael stars in. Hands down. Enough said.

I was 15 years old the firts time I watched it. And 10 years after, it still has the same sense when I watch it again.

amores perros is definetly one of the greatest movies ever. great director and great actors.

A story about the crude aspects of love and the interconnectedness of life. Awsome.
