Nice movie, but I found the plot disappointingly opaque.

I don’t get what everyone likes about the movie. It felt choppy at times and displaced. Would not recommend

OMG this is probably one of the most intense movies I've ever seen. The whole cast is great. It was just so disturbing though. I kept asking myself could I do what Ripley did if I was in the same position. I was afraid to answer.

Realistic and a really extreme good movie. I have watched it several times, and I think it's one of the best movies I have ever seen.

I’ve seen this movie on the theatres 16 years ago, when it was released. At the time I liked it very much. I’ve seen it again through AppleTV, and sincerely, it didn’t age well. Too bad. Still, worth to see this movie.

It’s a chilling psycho-thriller, based on a book by Patricia Highsmith — that should tell you everything. It’s even better on the second viewing. The acting is top-notch (including Philip Seymour-Hoffman in a great small role), brilliant plot. The people who don’t like it because it’s dark, just don’t seem to get it. It’s not supposed to have a happy ending or any car chases.

OMG I saw this in a theater, and walked out half way through it. The most pretentious piece of crap ever.
