Most people (including diehard Doris Day fans) cannot stand this movie, but I happen to like it. I think it's charming. There's some special quality about it, I guess it's all the big production numbers, that just makes it fun to watch. The best song is "I'm Gonna Ring the Bell Tonight," and I love the dance numbers. Doris is fantastic and Ray Bolger is a great dancer! There is no obvious chemistry between them, but it is still a really cute movie. Just try it! :)
