"We're just teenagers and we're bored." From the writer of Traffic comes Havoc, a gritty mortality tale about culture clash in modern day Southern California. Convinced their world is nothing more than a plastic illusion, wealthy teenagers Allison (Anne Hathaway) and Emily (Bijou Phillips) take a drive to the East Side of Los Angeles to experience the "ghetto." Fascinated by what they experience, they immerse themselves into the thug life. But what starts as simple fun quickly becomes deadly as they get entangled with a real-life gang.
