I have watched it sooo many times and still get teary eyed when I watch it! It’s a love story that’s both happy and sad at the same time!

This is a touching and heart-rending story that is well-written, well-acted, well-directed, and has a great cast. The painterly special effects are very impressive. It has some very dark elements but a great pay-off. I must say that after the events of 2014 and the more challenging aspects of this movie, it can be difficult to watch, but the movie is well worth watching. Some - those who prefer more direct and action-oriented films - may not enjoy this, but for the thinking person who has faced deep and truly serious issues in their life, this movie may provide some light.

This is the best movie (or anything else for that matter) that depicts what it is really like to be deeply depressed! I should know; I was deeply depressed for 43 years!

For adults only, kids won't get this. What if? This is a heaven fantasy. Get your tissues. Don't bother if you can't focus this is deep thought provoking if you blink you will miss out. First try to read and comprehend the book. I think Robin Williams best performance! I am biased I loved the book.

    A. Robin Williams. B. Very on par with kaballistic beliefs, not all, but many. This movie gets more sentimental the more you watch it.
  • Not just a movie

This is the basis of my faith. This is not about the love story. It's about reality. I never cried so much as I did when I realized he wasn't leaving. I've watched this over and over again and will continue to. This is the truth of human existence

I'm a huge fan of Robin Williams. Let's just get that out of the way. But, aside from his great performance here, there is a great cast, stunningly beautiful paint and other good special effects and a great, if at times very dark, love story. Maybe you have to love art and understand depression to fully appreciate this movie. I know at times I laughed with joy and had heart wrenching moments, too. Brilliant concept, wonderful to watch, great cast. I've watched this more than once and I kill again. It's a favorite of my romantic son who's married now and now in his mid-twenties. When he likes a movie, I listen, because he's hard to impress. This is a good recommendation from him. And me!

I read the book in the past, the movie followed it well. Great book, great movie. A tale of searching for and saving a love stuck in a hell only they could imagine. A story of loving someone more than self. Beautiful.
