    As a kid, I grew up watching “Home Alone 1” every December during the Christmas season along with 3 its sequels (2 & 3 being theatrical releases & “Home Sweet Alone” being released straight-to-streaming on Disney+ last year) throughout the years since. I highly recommend “Home Alone 1” to anyone watching for the 1st time & during the Christmas season every year in December. Hopefully someday, Macaulay Culkin can return to save the “Home Alone” franchise because out of all the sequels that came out since 1992, films 4 & 5 are by far the worst, 3 was OK despite a lack of returning actors from films 1 & 2, & “Home Sweet Home Alone” was a slight improvement over films 4 & 5, but still could’ve used more work. Macaulay Culkin is 1 of the few original stars of the 1st 2 films of the “Home Alone” franchise that can save it & bring back the magic it once had. In short, I love “Home Alone 1”.
