Description

Cormoran Strike is a war veteran turned private detective operating out of a tiny office in London's Denmark Street.     I don’t know what impresses me more, Rowling’s ability to vividly bring this immersive world to life, or the show-runners’ ability to bring all that life so perfectly to the screen. The books and the shows compliment each other so well. They constantly reawaken my need to jump from one medium to the other, returning to Cormoran’s and Robin’s lives again and again, just to see how they’re doing. Superbly adapted series... and considering how much I love these characters, that’s really saying something.

    One of the most engaging series I've seen in a long time. At first the main (male) character's personality turned me of. But stay with it; you'll grow more fond of him as does the main female lead. plots are refreshingly modern with a gritty rock 'n roll element. All clearly show the hand of writer JT Rowling.

    I ,Ve read the books and this series is so well done.Highly recommend,,,excellent cast,juicy ,characters also low keyed rolls..follows the books taking us on their suble windy roasd to their final destinations the acting is excellent .BRAVO very English enjoy....5 stars if I could
