  • An OK show

It’s kind of cheesy and sometimes completely juvenile. But it’s a very good option to have on in the background when you’re working to mark time. Here’s an ferinstance: a guy pulls a snake out of a backpack and threatens another person. Fine, creative use of an animal. You hear the rattles of an agitated rattlesnake except it’s not a rattlesnake he’s pulled out. As he’s threatening the other guy the snake bites him on the cheek. The snake, still rattling (how, I don’t know as there aren’t any rattles on a red, black and yellow banded snake) gets dropped and the guy starts to succumb to the venom. But here’s the other thing - it’s not a coral snake. Coral snakes, being famous for carrying little maracas so they can rattle, are known for being venomous. King snakes, on the other hand, are not venomous. Any scout worthy of their truth, loyalty and biodegradability knows that “Red and yellow kill a fellow. Red and black friend of Jack.” The rattling, venomous snake was a King snake. Sheesh. Well, at least when they pull their semi automatic pistols you don’t hear a bunch of clicks and racking noises. That’s a plus…

If you are looking for a dramatic struggle of sexual identity you will enjoy this show. If your are looking for a good cop show you will be frequently disappointed.
  • Great show, mostly.

Great show, but the constant thug/tough guy act from the Talia character is way way way over the top and annoying, I have to skp past those parts of each episode and it gets frustrating. A strong woman doesn't have to be a thug, a masculine person, or angry.
  • So far so good

Some humor, a few twists & the cast is wonderful. They are skirting relationships drama really well so far- and I hope the writing staff stays true to that.
