9-1-1: Lone Star, Season 2

Show is 5-Stars worthy, it where are all the episodes since March? What’s the point of buying a season pass when the whole season isn’t released?

I contacted the Fox customer support and they said that the episodes had been released. I called Apple and they spent a great deal of time trying to figure out the issue but ultimately said it was an issue with Fox. I contacted the Fox support again (which is just a text chat- can’t get ahold of a real person on the phone) and was told they couldn’t help me because I was trying to watch their shows on another platform besides the Fox Now App. So I don’t know that we will ever get them because no one will just inform the people who can actually fix the issue that there is one.

Where are the last couple of episodes?? This is the second show I have a seasons pass for that is not updating.

I love everything about this show, so iTunes please release the episodes I paid for thank you.

I bought the 2nd season in January and I feel like I have wasted my money. I only have 8 episodes. I really enjoy 911 Lone Star and it would be nice to be able to watch it and stay up to date. If not they could at least refund me my money. I am very disappointed in iTunes I never expected this from them.

Here it is May and there are five episodes missing from the season pass. We paid the entire amount so why is it taking so long? No excuse for taking our money but not giving us what we pay for.

May 8th - Edited to add - Request a refund for the season pass and then go buy the show on Amazon. All episodes are present and accounted for over on that service. I successfully was refunded. Also I will never be buying a television season pass from iTunes again. Being told by customer service that I was responsible for somehow telling Fox to update their show on here is the most obnoxious and ridiculous customer service I’ve ever encountered. (leaving reviews here is not going to help the situation and is just dragging down the show rating, which is what these reviews are intended for!) The show is great. The first handful of episodes for season 2 were very rocky, but it has since found its footing and it's feeling like the show I fell in love with in season 1. I am hopeful we'll get a season 3 and if we do I really hope all characters not named Owen get some attention and focus and care (Marjan and Paul and Mateo specifically...).

I have purchased this season and it's been several weeks and the new episodes are not available. Can someone please tell me why? I tried apple support. "Waste of time"

when you buy a season pass you expect the episode to be released in a timely manner. why are we paying for passes if the episodes are always delayed? it's been 2 weeks & 2 episodes neither are posted contacted Support for the missing episodes: Quote "not our job, call Fox"
