Description

Narrated by David Attenborough and from the award-winning team behind Planet Earth comes the ultimate portrait of the earth's Polar Regions. The Arctic and Antarctic remain the greatest wildernesses on Earth. The scale and beauty of the scenery and the sheer power of the elements – the weather, the ocean and the ice – is unmatched anywhere else on our planet. Yet these harsh environments are teeming with life: home to iconic animals from polar bears to emperor penguins and from killer whales to wandering albatrosses. Using the latest camera technology to film on land, from the air, underwater and below the ice caps, Frozen Planet follows their fascinating lives throughout the seasons as they struggle to survive. With spectacular polar landscapes and amazing animal behavior, often filmed for the first time, it captures the drama of an extreme natural world. With both Poles under grave threat from climate change, this extraordinary series may be the last chance to witness these great wildernesses before they change forever.

I made the mistake of buying Planet Earth on iTunes years ago, and I swore to pay attention on future purchases. THERE IS ZERO REASON TO SPLIT THESE EPISODES INTO "PART 1" & "PART 2"!! Especially seeing how these episodes have NEVER been (re)aired in 2-parts on television. This sure seems like an incredibly cheap tactic by Apple to make more money off each episode. Also, it takes the whole point away of being able to relax for 45 mins without interruptions. FIX THIS APPLE!!

Frozen Planet is a beautiful TV show, but I don't really understand why iTunes has split the episodes into different parts. It makes watching episodes more inconvenient.

I love this and waited what seemed an eternity for iTunes to sell it. Split episodes don't bother me because I bought the full series.
  • Except cracked episodes, everything's ok.

I love this series—I've waiting for this for years! However, there's no fun to split all episodes into two parts. Just provide full ones, please.

I love the show, but why is all of the episodes split up into two parts on iTunes? It ruins the point of full episodes
