  • Embarrassingly bad "science" show this season

This show has become an obnoxious bad joke. It's just like every other terrible "science" show on other networks. The ominous music, the overblown fear inducing nonsense. The show on the Russian meteor used some term like "death meteor" and it didn't kill anyone! It feels nearly as awful as those reality shows. Everything is hyped up at the expense of science. Footage is used over and over again in the same episode. This doesn't belong on PBS. The producers of this show should be horribly embarrassed at this trash. I can watch Faux News if I want this kind of fear mongering junk.

I have been watching NOVA for as long as I can remember and have always found it fascinating. NOVA delivers excellent stories of science and of late has delivered timely reports on events which require the analysis of scientists. Since I don't have TV I would normally stream the videos direct from WGBH, but my connection can be sporadic so the ability to subscribed for a whole season and download direct to my computer is convenient.
