An excellent representation of the 1st Doctor

These serials are excellent. "An Unearthly Child" is an excellent 4-part serial. If you're looking for "The Daleks", those are packaged in the Daleks package.
"The Time Meddler", far and away, is the best story, and it's a shame the modern series doesn't follow its more subdued approach. There are only so many times the Daleks can invade Earth before it starts becoming meh. Though "The Dalek Invasion of Earth" avoids thoses cliches, and is an excellent swan song for Susan. "The Aztecs" addresses all of those issues with time-travel.
That being said, I kinda of expected more. For instance, I expected the two-parter "The Edge Of Destruction" (Episodes 12-13) to be included, (the two-parter is as far as you can go into the series without running into missing episodes.) Another serial I wanted was the 6-episode "The Sensorites", also from Season 1.
Season 2 only has two missing episodes overall, but only "The Time Meddler" and "The Dalek Invasion of Earth" are included. There's the 3-parter "Planet of Giants", another two-parter "The Rescue" (that introduces Vicki), a 4-parter titled "The Romans", a 6-parter "The Web Planet", a 4-parter "The Space Museum", and a 6-parter "The Chase."
I also wanted a serial from Season 3. There are three complete serials from Season 3. All three are four-parters. The first is "The Ark", the second is "The Gunfighters", and the last one is "The War Machines", which introduces Ben and Polly, and sees the departure of companion Dodo Chaplet.
As for Season 4, Hartnell was only in two serials, and the first is missing all 4 episodes. The next one is missing Episode 4. (The Tenth Planet.)
UPDATE: Why has iTunes pulled "The Meddling Monk" serial?
