Power Rangers: Jungle Fury

There are three major points that make this Power Rangers season better than most other ones. 1) The sunglasses. So many people complain because of this and honestly I don't get it. Having sunglasses as morphers makes so much more sense than having a giant bracket strapped to your arm, especially if it's shaped like a dinosaur. I mean if I was somehow in the power rangers world and I saw three people with sunglasses I wouldn't question it that much but seeing five would these bulky armbands would make me suspicious. 2) Bad guys. Okay, this is a kids show and that usually means the bad guys don't have development or a backstory. They're just bad. That's not the case here. 3) Characters. The show starts with only three rangers and for a while there are only three rangers. That lets us focus on them and get to know them more than the little we get to know if there were originally five or more.

When this Season originally came on, I wrote it off just like I did with every other Disney Season because they never felt like the Power Rangers I grew up loving and watching. However, I’ve since gone back after finding out Anna Hutchison from Cabin in the Woods was Lily Chilman the Yellow Power Ranger. The entire cast have great chemistry and the entire arc of the Season was AWESOME! For me as a Power Ranger Fan, this and RPM are the best of the Disney Era. Highly Recommended.

Jungle Fury is a severely underrated show. I have seen the Sentai version of this season, and actually there is far more American-made action than the typical season of Power Rangers. The penultimate and final episodes have action sequences that are almost COMPLETELY done by the American crew rather than straight from the Sentai footage, and the finale, in all honesty, is way more exciting than it's Sentai counterpart because it's essentially an all-out war rather than the three man rangers fighting one solitary villain. My only complaints really are the music and the villain voices, which sound pretty much all the same snarly tone and lack the finess that the earlier season villains such as Zedd or even Diaboloco had.

Everybody says the power rangers jungle fury is no a good show, but I think they are wrong. What made the difference was the spirit rangers and the black lion warrior. Hope to see RPM, SPD and Operation Overdrive today or tomorrow on iTunes.
