    Literally the only good show on adult swim. i can’t stand everything else. Black Jesus proves to the world that a comedy can be funny AND send a positive message to the world without all the extra overused and overrated bs the world thinks they are making money off of. All the other crap on tv is all the same and is very offensive to everybody.

    This is the funniest sitcom I've seen in years! It is NOT for the easily offended types. But, the love of Jesus does shine through in a very modern if not offensive way that should make you think.

    This show seems almost blasphemous on the surface, but as the season progresses, its warm, kind-heartedness really shines through. Honest, raw, and funny as h*ll - it brings a unique perspective on Jesus, his teachings, and (more importantly) the messages without being ham-fisted and “preachy.” A truly amazing series that I hope makes it into multiple seasons!

    Beyond funny! Profane but good hearted. Be warned that Episode 6 is censored unlike the preceding ones. iTunes Support trying to determine why but may take several weeks according to email.

    Funniest, boldest, most outrageous sitcom in years. In fact it's sort of amazing it's getting made and aired, even on Adult Swim. Excellent cast, very clever writing. A single episode is like the super-strength antidote to every Tyler Perry and Martin Lawrence crap fest ever made. A miracle!
