Description

NCIS: New Orleans is a drama about the local field office that investigates criminal cases affecting military personnel in The Big Easy, a city known for its music, entertainment and decadence. Leading the team is Special Agent Dwayne Pride (Scott Bakula), aka "King," a native of New Orleans who is driven by his need to do what is right. Working with Pride is Special Agent Christopher LaSalle (Lucas Black), who plays hard but works harder; and Special Agent Meredith "Merri" Brody (Zoe McLellan), a charismatic and tough interrogator who transferred from the Great Lakes office in search of a fresh start. Supporting them is coroner Dr. Loretta Wade (CCH Pounder), who is as eccentric as she is smart. This colorful city that harbors a dark side is a magnet for service personnel on leave, and when overindulgence is followed by trouble, Pride's team is at its best.

I’m a believer in NCIS, watched all of it... Never really have the spin offs the attention the deserved.

I cannot tell which it worse: the acting, the directing, but suspect it is the writing. The only redeeming actor is Lucas Black and he’s the only reason this is not 1 star. Looked at Season 2 Episode 1 ONLY because mentioned Dr. John. I could not watch I was so embarrassed for all the actors on the screen. I literally had to look away. At least now I know: no more NCIs NO.

I am afraid that since ncis and ncis Los Angeles and if ncis New Orleans goes well then the producers will make more and more like the csi series. I'm not saying just to go out and put bad reviews on every ncis I'm just saying that ncis and ncis Los Angeles are enough.

  • GET RID OF THE MEDICAL EXAMINER !!!!!!!

The show would be great if they would get rid of the MEDICAL EXAMINER! She brings the show down, like hitting your head with a hammer. I can't be the only person to see how bad she is ? ? ? Her acting is horrible an so hard to believe. I will admit she may have bad lines, but come on . . . Someone out there must she how bad she is, YES ? ? ? - - -
  • So far so good

I'm liking the series so far. As long as they avoid the unnecessary New Orleans stereotypes (or any Louisianian stereotype of any sort), I'm good. I look forward to it when it comes on every week. Full review when the season is over.
  • Trying too hard

Watchable, but not enjoyable. Too little chemistry and over-acted most of the time. Trying to create family but haven’t created any *reason* for them to be a family, or even friends. Not enough character in the characters, and all their accents sound horrible. Dialog is terrible and the camera work obvious and amateurish.
  • Fresh and great
