I have watched several different shows and documentaries on the mob and this has to rank as one of the best.

With all of the documentraies out there about the Mafia, I find this one to be very entertaining. I love the commentary by people like Rudolph Guliani, who fought the NY Mob as a US Attorney before becoming the Mayor of America. Sal Polisi, a former Gambino Family soldier turned Mob Rat. Mob historians. And even actors from mob movies and Tv shows. Against that, there are great dramatizations of the real life events. A real good series. That being said, it's still flawed. As someone interested in mob history, it's easy for me to spot the many side-steps it takes from the deatils or makes something that is crucial to mob history seem insignificant in order to fit the comforts of the narrative. Still, I am enjoying it. And it's a good doc to watch for the casual mob fan.
