I love this movie!!! Anyways, I'm gonna describe it. The storyline/plot was pretty much "Camp Rock 2:The Final Jam" and "Barbie in the Princess and the Popstar" combined. There was a slow-song that's not even really that slow and was sped up for the movie's finale number. Lady Arabesque or whatever her name was got an enchanted necklace that erased her memory. Oh, and the annoying focus on Princess Olivia. Also, the 2 main characters transformed into literal disco balls in the end. Yup, movie described. Anyways,I loved this movie. I dont care about the(few)flaws in this movie. Also STOP SAYING THAT THIS IS ANOTHER REHASH OF PRINCESS&PAUPER!! Its a ORIGINAL STORY!! *sorry bout all caps,hehe*

Love to watch Barbie

Very disappointed that Mattel is simply rehashing old movies over and over again. The last truly original Barbie musical that captured the hearts of my kids (and me, as well) was The Diamond Castle. It’s really been downhill ever since, which a few exceptions such as the Fairy series. Bring back original stories!

I pre-ordered both the music and the movie. I have seen clips from the movie and it looks like a BLAST! As for the music, I LOVE IT! My top favorite is “What if I shine” and other then tripping over a few words, I can sing it word for word and it is a very pretty song. I was raised with the same rules as a Royal and I understand the Princess here and how out of place she feels. But, I can operate in her world and the world of the rock-star! Neither one bothers me at all. But. But! And then again BUT! These two girls are in for a world of total insanity to start with because each one is totally out of their element and have no idea as to what to do! I am having a hard time waiting on the movie to download so I can watch it and not only have a ball, but to sing along with the music in it!
