Todrick Hall proves that he is the Black Gay Male equivalent to Beyoncé, thus I call him Gayoncé. This documentary is so personal and beautiful and inspiring and it shows the brilliance that is Todrick Hall. From his amazing mind, his work ethic, his out of this world talent, Todrick is truly setting a name for himself while confronting racism and homophobia in his original musical. I cannot wait for the day our paths cross and I can say that I've worked with this legend!!!

This is by far the best documentary i have ever seen! It is beautiful, raw, eye opening and flawless! I love Todrick for being everything that he is!

I was at his Dallas premier at the Texas Theatre and was riveted the entire time. I bought popcorn and M&Ms and water and I barely touched them! I laughed, I cried, I grinned at his embroidered uggs, I cried some more... he’s honestly the sweetest and most genuine person I have ever encountered and this film is just undeniable evidence of how talented he is, how dedicated he is and how hard he works!!! I got to hug him after and I started crying again because I was just so moved by his story. I’m a new fan, only really dived into his work in the past month or so, but I’m blown away. Couldn’t wait to buy the film, I’m going to rewatch it the minute it finishes downloading. Thank you Todrick for sharing and... DONT DROP THAT THUN THUN!

Aside from that, I had the pleasure of attending the screening of this amazing documentary in New York City and it was worth every single minute of my time. This documentary shows how hard Todrick and his team worked on this album, as well as what it means to all of them, especially Todrick. Todrick Hall has accomplished many different things in his lifetime. He is natural performer that truly loves his fans, referred to as “Toddlerz” or members of the “Quingdom” this documentary let’s you see first hand the hard work, dedication, heartfelt meaning behind his recently world wide self sponsored musical show called Straight Outta Oz. He has written or co-written every song, created costumes, arranged choreography, hired exceptionally talented dancers, created the stage props, struggled with the reality of travel and tour management.
