I saw this movie twice just to see if it was going to be better than first. The first time I watched this movie was on a Delta flight from Seattle to Atlanta. The second time I saw it, my family wanted to watch it so I joined them. After a second watch, I changed my mind and think that the first film is much better.
The storyline line is the weakest element. One part is focusing on a man who says super hero should be legal in the city I think, but it delays a lot of the action, which I’ll get to later. Then the other part focuses on Bob taking care of his kids and what it’s like when a Dad looks after them while the Mom goes out on an adventure. The Dad, Bob Par, looks after the kids, Violet, Dash, and the baby, Jack-Jack gets a little tedious at times. Most of the plot focuses on Hellen, and boy is she hot! While in the first film, Bob gets more screen-time and happens to be more of the main character, but here it is Hellen. Edna, (voiced by Brad Bird, the same guy who brought us The Incredibles and The Iron Giant) gets less screen-time, which is good cause she is a my least favorite character and has too deep of a voice.
Where’s the action? The action and fights are the best part of this movie and it’s predecessor. A lot of people tell you “It’s Action Packed,” or “It’s got more action than the first!” Ha-ha, no it doesn’t! There’s only 4 action scenes in the entire movie. What really kills the first 3 actions scenes is the time length, even though I like them, but all of them were frustrating for being way too short. My favorite action scenes are the train and the finale battle. There’s also not enough time with the Par family being together, in their super suits using their powers to fight off evil, or in action in general. The finale battle I’d say is that action scene is the longest of them all. I’d say that the entire movie of action is less than 20 minutes out of a 1hour 57min time. Pixar really makes great movies, though this movie is not as good as Toy Story, Finding Nemo, or Inside Out.

Despite its clear inferiority to the original, Incredibles 2 pulls a fun switcheroo of roles from the first and continues to delight with its iconic humor and entertaining action.
8.5/10

There are so many things that I can say about this movie that are very negative, yet true. First: Why on Earth would you have the even the slightest idea of planing to separate a sequel fourteen freaking years between the first movie that came out? I can see five or six years-maybe even seven, but FOURTEEN? Nope. Nope. Nope. And in that time, you absolutely did NOTHING. A kindergartner could have written a better movie, show, book, or EVEN a sentence that was better than THIS thing that I don’t want to have to call a movie! ) Secondly: what’s with the sexist behavior? I KNOW for sure that’s what they were trying to do when I saw them firstly make Elastigirl (Helen) their co-worker and THEN make Mr. Incredible (Bob) look like he didn’t know how to be a Father and handle things by himself. Are you trying to make everyone feel like you ripped out their souls and ate them? We NEED both genders or else the world wouldn’t work at all. I must have been missing something because I’m fairly sure that we nearly had equalized standards between both genders in the 1900s. Thirdly: It was too obvious. How much more predictable could Brad Bird possibly be? And another thing! What I can say is that if I remember as well as I think I did, and I having possessed a great memory, think that Winn specifically said that he was going to use Bob after he takes a run with Elastigirl. But at the end of the movie he also said: You know what Violet, I like you! And I was just like.....yeah ok. ENOUGH WITH BEING SEXIST!!!!!! This movie was a complete disgrace to the name Disney, or WAS because these days, Disney doesn’t seem to be getting the picture very well. They’re still making garbage shows and very bad movies that possess barely any plot at all and are quite the mediocre type. I FREAKING walked into the theatre expecting better, and walked out completely disappointed. The humor is lame and I despise it. You’re lucky I went easy on you Brad Bird, Pixar, and ALL OF DISNEY!!!!! I hope I didn’t hurt your feelings too bad. And I would THINK that you learned your lesson after all the bad reviews I’ve seen including mine, but today’s Disney Channel shows are very lame and ridiculous, so you probably haven’t. Das Vi Dania.
Same thing as Incredibles but polar opposites...

Lessee...Incredibles, Bob gets the invite to an island, but in I2, Helen gets the invite...🤨😒, but not to an island, this time it’s a boat where the climax occurs. & of course, Edna Mode makes another appearance. There are good humorous parts, that’s why I give it 2 ⭐️⭐️. We don’t even get to see what happened with the Underminer. I was hoping for more oomph but was sorely disappointed, being that it was just a mirror reflection of Incredibles.
Great movie 9/10
