Description

  • iTunes has both English and Japanese Audio, but Subtitles and Credits are for Dub

    Both the original Japanese audio and English dub are available though iTunes. You will need to change the language through the settings. Search "Change the subtitles or audio language for iTunes Store movies and TV shows" to find out how to properly change the language audio on your device. While the original Japanese audio is available, both the English subtitle tracks (English SDH and English CC) are for the English dub. And the credits reflect the English language release. The GKIDS/Universal Blu-ray does have a English subtitle track for the original Japanese verison, and has the original Japanese credits. Although not Hosoda's best film, it is still a masterpiece, inspired by Hosoda's family, with realistic emotions, rich characters, and a touch of fantasy.

    This movie was so cute. Amazing animation and love the story. It really touches home and makes you think about all those silly times as a kid when you acted out because you didn't get your way.
