Description

A group of five teenagers is trapped inside their school bus after the invasion on the road of a mysterious creature. It is night. They are alone in the middle of a desert road. Time runs and every passing minute decreases their survival chances against the constant threats of that unknown entity.“Shortcut” is a story of friendship and courage in the delicate phase of pre-adolescent growth where imagination and deeper fears leave room for a more concrete world of responsibility, bonds, relationships and indissoluble values.

  • Rick really fell off...

I loved the TWD, but seeing Rick harass these sweet boys really was a head scratcher.
  • Unbalanced Film with an Identity crisis

Let me just get this out of the way— this is a great-looking film. I’ve read about a lot of people bashing the performances of the young actors in this film but no, they’re also pretty good. The problem is in this film’s 2nd half, which pale’s in comparison to the film’s first half. A well-lit, easily-invested, somewhat beautiful atmosphere established in the first half, is squandered by a confused, poorly-lit incoherent monster hide-and-seek in dark hallways in the 2nd half. It’s like they ran out of budget halfway in.
  • Better then a lot that’s out there

It’s an entertaining story, they make a lot of out of a little. Think of an 80’s kids adventure movie but with a bigger fear factor. It’s 100% worth a watch and deserves more credit then it’s current ranking reflects.
  • Visually great, story awful

This is a half written story that honestly could have been better written by a 5th grader but the look of the movie and even some of the acting is worth a watch.
