  • Science Based, Super Informative!

    By Howardjl
This doc cuts through the clutter and gets to the science based evidence around maintaining a healthy lifestyle vs. the yoyo dieting and scams out there in the marketplace. I really aprpeciated the thoughtfulness that went into this doc and concrete steps on what to do. Having MDs and reputable institutions speak from a voice of authority vs. marketing jargon was excellent. I am putting my learnings into practive today. Thank you. Ready for the sequel!
  • So much more than just another "food movie"

    By Midwest_Docu_Lover
Thank you so much for this movie! I absolutely loved it. Such a refreshing, informative and fun take on eating and living the best life possible. The interviews with the Harvard Docs were great and we even get to see what they actually eat at hime. The ending was not what I expected but it really brought it all together. It's more than just a food documentary. Parts of it even reminded me of Brené Brown's teachings about acceptance and love. Would highly recommend.

It’s refreshing to see a movie about health that isn’t a thinly veiled infomercial for a juicer or pre packaged food. Well made and the cinematography is on point. 🤟
