This is the best Jordan Peele movie ever made. It’s so cool when you watch it

The Good: Ties to the original in an interesting way. The killings and ending were also pretty cool. The Bad: I really wanted to like this movie, but the non-stop liberal political gaslighting had me want to say Candyman in the mirror 5 times for sweet release.

There seems to be a running trend with reviews. Every time movie features real life race issues, white people tend to rate it low and leave horrible reviews. This is a great movie and gives the history of candy man and Chicago.

It’s a “woke” movie that put all its efforts into being woke. Not 1 single ounce of thought went into being scary. This movie is just a virtue-signaling Reddit post by an edgy teen, come to life. I’ve never been so disappointed in a horror movie.

This movie is simply legendary!

If they keep up with this racist, woke, liberal agenda trash, America will never be equal and unified. If you are living 2022 and actually believe that all white people are racists and all black people are just innocent victims, you need an education very badly. This pathetic movie is nothing but a fake reality that liberals want us to believe is real despite the fact that it is nothing like actual reality. The actors, writers, and director of this movie should be ashamed of themselves. If you’ve watched and endured the hate and racism in this movie and agree with any of it’s unrealistic depictions of race relations in America, grow up. Wise up. Educate yourself. Watch this crap at your own risk. You have been warned.

I'm blown away by this moive and how well its done. An "Urban Horror" Film that isn't stupid and is based on real world ideas, even though it is dealt with through fiction; it makes the horror more visceral. The fact that so many felt a need to review bomb it in such a dishonest way speaks volumes for how good it actually is!

I first would like to say that this movie does touch on the reality of racism. I doubt if the right wing racist will like it (Suburban Republican Right Wing Extremist Racist Privileged). Jordan Peele has destroyed the Candyman franchise. There’s so much he changes about the Candyman mythos. This supposed to be a direct sequel to the 1st one but it’s an absolute failure at it.

We get it! Black people hate white people! White people are evil and deserve to die. Blah blah blah.

I hate this woke crap. Jordan Peele is a racist. Blacks blaming whites for all of their problems through the ENTIRE movie - it’s relentless. They take no responsibility for their actions or part they play in brutalizing their communities. If you want change - be the change.
