    As a HUGE movie watcher and I was so excited to see what films came from the Six Feet Apart Experience (I’m a big fan of Wayfarer studios) back when it was announced in 2020. When I first heard the synopsis of this movie I was instantly wanting to watch it. As someone who’s struggling with depression, especially in my late teen/early adult years, I could relate to Mackenzie on another level and more than most characters I’ve ever seen on the screen before. Reign Edward is incredible in this film and should get an Emmy for her performance. Charlie Gillespie is great as the supportive best friend. Anna Matz is my new favorite writer/director whose idea of using found-footage to tell the entire story might be my favorite part of the whole movie watching experience. Love You Anyway isn’t a cheesy, teen romcom that I’m totally tired of seeing but is one of the most realistic movies I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend watching it!!!
