Only the twisted mind of writer-director John Waters could conceive a plot that chronicles guerrilla moviemakers who kidnap a movie goddess (Melanie Griffith) and force her to star in their underground movie.

this is an awful movie that is trying way too hard to be a cult classic.

Sorry, but this was a bad movie about a bad moviemaker fighting against bad movies. I usually love John Waters' movies but this one was a disappointment. It looks like I'm in the minority with my opinion but I have to speak my truth. I miss Divine.

i love this film. Waters delivers again! Dorff plays his role so well. This view of the messed up underbelly of hollywood and the plight of indie movie makers is masterful. Yeah, so what if its far-fetched and wouldnt happen...the point is ...it could.
Great Flick--Typical Water's masterpiece!!!!

This film is very inspiring--although I will ALWAYS miss DIVINE. I think that Water's although far from mainstream Themematic content reveals a true art form. Bravo John Waters and iTunes for making this available!!!
P.S. GET HAIRSPRAY AND POLYESTHER!!!!!
