Description

Roland Emmerich (2012, WHITE HOUSE DOWN) directs a classic action/sci-fi thrill ride starring Jean-Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren as soldiers who kill each other in Vietnam but are brought back to life decades later for a secret government program.     I saw this at the theater and my buddies and I were big fans of this movie. Great story, action, acting(I mean c’mon who doesn’t like Dolph!!). This ranks up there with Road House, Hard To Kill, Commando, Showdown In Little Tokyo. They are “cheesy” action flicks, but GD they don’t make them like they used to. Ok John Wick is an exception.

    i generally don't write reviews, but i want to write one for this. i watched this movie when i was in school, and i watched it again and again….i just loved the action….i will recommend people not to look for sense but just enjoy it…it is good, fast paced action movie with something or other for almost everyone. i didn’t liked the us2 or 3 etc but this was the first and original.

    This movie is awful no wonder why Roland Emmerich oh god this is a bad one this is a copy of T2 and has some pretty bad acting and one bad story/plot.

    This movie is like a mini terminator, great fights, great explosions and great 90's action one liners makes this one of JCVD's and Dolphs best films. Also directed by one of Hollywoods best directors, Roland Emmerich (Independence Day, Godzilla, The Day After Tommorrow, 10,000 B.C. and 2012.
