Adaptations of Steven King movies can be hit or miss, this one was a hit. Great story that's done really well. I've seen it many times, and I'll watch it many more.

This is disturbing and depressing. Was expecting something with more depth. No real payoff at the end, just drove to the ground and never came up.

I originally liked this movie but over time I began to love it. Bates should have won an Oscar for this.

one the best film adaptations of a King work. The cinematography is captivating and weaves a magic like spell driving the story to a satisfying end. Wonderfully acted by the entire cast in soul wrenching fashion.

I first saw this movie in April 2008. It was easily one of the greatest movie's I have ever seen. The acting is perfect and the writing is insanely awesome. I also really love how in the present, the lighting is dark and blue/purple tinted, and in the flashbacks, it is bright and yellow/orange tinted.
