How to Be

I cannot get enough of this movie! And a plus that Robert is in it!! He can really act, and proves it in this movie. The rest of the cast was exceptional as well. I rented it on a whim only because I am a fan of Rob but I never expected to like this movie. But I was wrong, you won't regret watching this movie! Theres alot that most people can relate to in this movie, family life, jobs, careers, etc. Must see!

Like the title says this movie is very subtle yet effective and very enjoyable. I don't want to go into twilight ( I USED to be a fan, but got over it) but If you are a crazy twilight fangirl, seeing a shy, shaggy-haired, depressive Pattinson might not be for you. That being said, to anyone else. This is a good movie. It's witty and funny and quarky. I personally had no trouble with the accents, but if you do, there are always subtitles.It may lack in many areas but It's not terrible nor terrific. It's a nice film to watch sitting on your couch with your cat and tea when you are having "one of those days".

This movie is different, it's a coming of age story about finding yourself. It's saddening and made me question my life. It's a feeling that some people have, being stuck and feeling untalented or unneeded. I guess it speaks to you if you have ever felt that way. If you haven't been there then might be a boring movie.

I'd bet that this movie has gotten really popular since the Twilight series. But that's a good thing because this movies awesome!

Anyone who isn't crazed for Pattinson, please tell me if this is actually a good movie.

this movie was absolutely terrific!!!! i was blown away by the acting of pattinson and all of the other wonderful characters in the movie.the character art was so funny, as well as his friends in the movie my favorite being ronny:) i was laughing through the whole thing especially the basketball scene a definite must see!! :)

Love RPAT but bad movie.

The acting in this movie was decent. I really do enjoy Pattinson's acting in most of his movies, but I'm not a huge fan of British humor, and the thick accents in this movie were hard to follow. I did enjoy the scene where Rob's character spazzes out in the street, and the one where he slumped over into the freezer. I can completely empathize with both of those emotions and they made me giggle. But, those two scenes don't make up for the rest of the movie, which was quite boring.

This movie for me was rather thought provoking, as I'm sure it was for many others yet you can't help but laugh throughout :] exceptional acting and a real life story = great movie!
