$9.99 to rent a movie--guess they don't want anyone to see it. Or it is just another mindless itunes mistake.

Four stars is "Good" in iTunes land. Starting with a very weak expository opening, this movie gets better as it moves along and quickly draws you in. Small in scale and totally undemanding, it's also sweetly entertaining, and very respectful of all its characters and of its audience. These are not minor virtues these days. My only complaint is that this is yet another small indie whose soundtrack consists of varied plaintive guitar chimes, wails and textures: the production music library of our time.
