Okay this movie is amazing! Before I watched it I read the book and although they left some information out it was still amazing!! I mean come on it has Emma Watson in it. This is definitely one of my comfort movies even if it super sad. I love how it leaves you with so much to think about. I would definitely recommend this movie too people! P.s if you are sensitive to topics such as SA, R@p3, Suc!d3, Dr*gs etc.. pls be careful when watching.

I watch this movie at least 3 times a month. Netflix is taking it off at the end of March, so I’m going to buy it on iTunes so I can watch it whenever, wherever. I really suggest watching this movie, it’s my favorite. :)

As someone who struggles with some of the issues these characters face, this movie was both relatable and uplifting with the message being “you are more than a sad story”. It made me cry and it really is a movie I consistently think about and reference internally. As someone whose always felt like an outcast and hung out in similar groups as the characters, this hit home. Keep in mind... This movie is very mature, and would not suggest to younger audiences. Personally, I loved Logan in this movie. He’s a talented actor and I feel he did Charlie’s character so much justice. I watched the movie before the book, and I have to say that the book is much better regardless of how well produced the movie was.

Way better movie than the breakfast club. This incredible film spans a storyline through out Charlie’s freshman year in high school. It touches upon depression, loneliness, suicidal thoughts, guilt, remorse, and child sex abuse. Definitely a movie made for mature teens and adults.
