Description

This is the story of a master toymaker who discovers a magical kingdom of elves at the North Pole. He is entrusted with special powers to become Santa Claus! He meets Patch (Dudley Moore), an eager-to-please elf who becomes mixed up with a dastardly toy tycoon’s (John Lithgow) plans to take over Christmas.

    This is a great movie!! Watched it numerous times growing up!! Now own it & watch it just about every Christmas, along with my other Go-To's like Christmas Vacation, A Christmas Story, How The Grinch Stole Christmas (Cartoon & Jim Carey one:) & of course Rudolf:) But this movie really does have an Awesome storyline & the acting isn't bad either!! Even the details, costumes, & special effects are fantastic for the time it was made!! Definitely worth watching at Christmas time!!!
