This guy Arnel is so wonderfully infectious with rejuvenation, excitement, and happiness with a one in a million Voice to go with it! He is such a wonderful rags to riches story! I was surprised at Arnel's voice and enthusiasm, and I'm so happy he has infused fun and new life into Journey! This isn't Journey reinvented, this is a new Journey as exciting as the one I enjoyed from the 80's! They are a 10! Arnel is a 10! Happy Tidings! :-)

Arnel did have big shoes to fill - and he rose to the occasion by blowing audiences' minds across the globe. People can hate on him and call him a karaoke version of Steve Perry but there are millions of amazingly talented karaoke singers who will probably never get this kind of once in a lifetime opportunity. Arnel radiates love and joy, despite the pain that he's had to overcome. Oh, and anyone who says this guy doesn't have charisma must not have actually watched this movie.

La historia de Arnel Pineda es simplemente magnífica. Se aprieta la garganta más de una vez. Cualquier historia de princesas y sapos que se convierten en príncipes son superadas por la realidad. Maravillosa.

MY wife is a Filipina, I am an American. We are both so proud of Arnel and his incredible story. He is a tribute to the true heart and soul of the Filipino people who are some of the hardest working, most sincere people on the planet. Arnel's life is an example of the grace and love of the Lord working in the life of a faithful man who loves his family, his people, and his God. Arnel has made a great iconic American band even better by bringing a cross-cultural flavor to Journey that would not be possible without him. Congratulations Arnel and all the members of Journey and best wishes on a continuing successful future. Rob and Marissa Robinson

Yes we get it...only 1 Steve Perry, and he was the one that launched Journey into stardom....but, he left and the show must go on. They found another who could take the energy and talent of Steve Perry and continue the "Journey". Arnel as a beautiful voice that anyone would envy, and I am sure Steve would compliment him as well. Very well made...almost too perfect of a Cinderella story...but hey...we need these wonderful inspirational real life stories to keep us going in this crazy world we live in. Two thumbs up here! Cheers!
