Great documentary which explores universal issues of and solutions for low self-esteem.

Im proof hate starts at home, cause my mother is light and I'm brown my brother is dark! I was never taught the difference. I played with darker children all the time, cause they were teased and so was I, cause I am tall, I thought teasing was normal! This is what I call cultural racism and we can so better. We are mean to our own, for acceptance. We can do better!

I am a white female raised in a predominately black neighborhood & from a biracial family, but this is a must see for anyone of any racial background. All females need to feel confident about their natural beauty & this film is definitely a great step towards that.

I'm so glad that this movie was made, and I'm buying it to make sure that all of my friends and family get to watch it.

I was surprised to see there was so much controversy. I truly believe dark women are the most beautiful women in the world!!!
