I found this film to be incredibly smart and thought-provoking, while still being really. freaking. scary. A perfect combination! The story was beyond compelling. I read a number of reviews before watching that compared it to a modern-day Frankenstein. And yes, there’s that. But I feel that doesn’t accurately describe the depth and beauty of this movie. Every element that go into making a movie - script, direction, acting, camera work, lighting, music & sound - were on point in this film. Beautifully dark and complex, the film built the tension and when the horror element came into play in the last portion, I was perfectly ripe (and stressed out) to be terrified. And I was! This is movie that I will be thinking about and talking about and recommending to others for a long time to come. BRAVO!

This is a heart stopping, skin crawling thriller. At the start, you think you know the direction the film will take, but as the story progresses and the tension develops, you will feel the rug pulled out from beneath you. Gorgeous cinematography, a slow-burn script, and A+ performances make this indie thriller superb. Watch this–NOW.

In general I am not a huge horror movie fan. If I watch them, I mute them occasionally because I get so freaked out. But, I’m an avid reader, and I really like Frankenstein, and a friend of my mine recommended this movie. It is seriously a marvel of a movie. It kept me at the edge of my seat from start to end. Even as it got more twisted and terrifying, I had to watch, I had to finish this movie. It is psychologically gripping.

This is not even suitable to be a made-for-TV movie. The music and sound made me want to pull my hair out (literally the WORST ever). The storyline is beyond flat. Watching this movie has been a form of torture & I can't understand how the people that made this movie got into this business, they need to find a new profession. I felt like I just watched paint dry with a child screaming in my ear for the duration of this so-called movie. Help me.
  • Interesting, but lacking

This movie reaches out towards the morality of cloning and taking fate into our own hands. I was hoping the movie would give greater chronological development, but remains only within the first few month of the babies inception. Worth the rent, but not a purchase.

Interesting and thought provoking film, not just about cloning but about the blind pursuit of any passion or progress. Well acted, especially enjoyed Jeremy Childs whose portrayal of Victor was intense, frightening in his detachment but relatable in his struggle.
