Grown-ish, Season 1

I am a 22 year old in college and I find this show completely relatable and extremely entertaining! I understand if the show doesn't appeal to everyone, I do think it has a very targeted crowd but on the other hand I'm also able to watch it with my mom who is in her 50's.

Nothing against the actors, they did well. The plot is terrible and not even close to how it was presented in Black-ish when they first did that spin off episode test. Grown-ish comes off boring and more preachy than Black-ish. Hard pass on its production value as well.

This show is targeted for more of a millennial crowd. So, I wouldn't expect the true black-ish audience to relate. I honestly like the show and each character. It's fun, witty, diverse and also covers a lot of challenges that college kids can definitely relate too. Good job production and Yara. I'm glad it's been renewed for Season 2!
