This is as good as television gets. It's been cancelled because Lionsgate is failing. iTunes could do us all a big service by taking this on as original programming and keeping one of the best series of all time going.

When is Season 2 going to be released?

J.K. Simmons at his best.

This is without argue in my top five shows.

Counterpart is both a faithful cold war spy thriller and interdimensional moral play. JK Simmons deserves all the praise he’s getting. It’s a show that excels not because the premise is extraordinary - but because everyone involves executes expertly. Counterpart is an instant classic.

Has anyone else found the audio is patchy? Some parts are very quiet, with speech very hard to make out. Not sure how to fix this.

seriously, this show is not for the simple-minded crowd...this is quite cerebral. this show is complicated, hard-to-follow but very rewarding from first to last. I really hope there's a Season Two, the ending of this season does suggest another season (continuation). Amazingly, the lead actor is Academy Award winning J.K.Simmons and also a great job by Olivia Williams too.

Simmons and every actor in this show deserve an award, the plot is shocking and intense and disturbing, I love this show

This was riveting. Fabulous writing and acting, I couldn't wait for each new episode. Superlative. Wish more TV shows were like this. I hated for the season to end.

Just Keep Simmons performance were amazing in this show and the writing is good to. One of the best show in recent years.
