One of the best reality shows I've seen! Being in sales myself, I love to see these young (20 somethings) chaps closing HUGE deals & making HUGE commissions off these rich beyond reality jackasses! (example: the woman who stopped in the middle of the meeting to consult her "spiritual advisor" to determine where to set the price of her listing) LOL! I can't wait for next season!

Josh - by far the most creative of the bunch. He's very successful, pretty smart, confident, a bit cocky, strong negotiating skills, has a good heart. Hates Chad. Madison - Not that great. Lacks confidence. He could be a cut from the show. Neutral character. Though, if your gay, you'd still probably like Josh over Madison. Chad - is actually entertaining to pick apart. He's OCD, spends $700 on haircuts, drives a V12 AMG Benz, dates a hottie, looks 19, acts 19, but is actually 30 years old! It's a fantastic show - entertaining. I hope it sticks around for a while.

This is one of the worst shows on TV. These guys are talentless clowns and this show is a joke. The houses they handle could sell themselves. All of them are spoiled, self-important, and utterly intolerable. Chad is the worst. Talk about a face in search of a fist. His face, his voice, his little one-on-one moments with the camera when he talks like an expert...all of it makes me want to rip his head off. Oh thanks professor Chad for breaking it down for me! All the information he regurgitates and passes-off as his own expertise is nothing innovative, its real estate 101. How old is he? 20? He needs to man-up, quit talking like a little b;tch, and stop pretending to be straight. All of them are way too effeminate to be straight. Being gay is great, they should just just drop the act, it makes them more obnoxious.

I think this show is really a good way to show the excitment and sadness in real estate dealing with properties and the facts about how the economy can even impact hollywood.

Yes, it is extreme, but you do learn some new things. Can anyone say that about other reality shows? Watching this show I don't feel like I have wasted 40 minutes of my time. It is motivational in a way. Definetly watch it, even if you are not in to real estate, it is great to see how other people interact and you can learn from them, either to act or not to act like them. So, yeah, go watch it!!!

They should call this show "Charlies Agents". Except they need a bigger hairspray budget. The Producers lampoon the agents, the agents lampoon themselves, Real Estate ain't rocket science and these guys will never work at JPL. Uniformly androgenous, there is nevertheless something fascinating about each agent - Josh is actually quite smart with a healthy does of cycnicism, Madison - well the name says it all - but he knows what he's doing. Chad has a uniques sense of (hair)style, endless optimism and clearly enjoys the mini-celeb status that the show affords him. What is unclear is to what extent the show itself lends to the success of each agent. "List with me-be on TV" might well play a significant part in their biz-dev plans. (and why not?) Great TV for people who hate on The Rich.

I know you're supposed to be "extreme" to be on a reality show anymore - but these guys are extremely shallow narcissists. Self-obsession taken to a new low - that basically sums it up. Take everything that really matters in life - subtract it - add 3 insecure wannabes & you've got this show. Brav-O!
