Description

    I've been looking for this in the movies for some reason! I'm so happy to find this! I loved this version. It's a little shorter than I'd have liked, but I love the characters and I've always loved Billie. She does a fine job portraying little Fanny. I'm so excited to see the show again.

    This adaptation is bearable, but it is difficult to sit through when there are others that are clearly far superior. I found this version exasperating and, quite frankly, superficial. This isn't the fault of the actors, of course, but the longer you are forced to endure the flattening of their characters the less you care whose fault it is and the more you just want to turn the darn thing off.

    A different way of adapting one of Austen's less known books, but I certainly enjoyed it and definitely felt that the characters were true to the book.

    I truly enjoy watching Austen's work transformed onto the screen and thoroughly enjoyed this version of Mansfield Park :)
