Dynasty (Classic), Season 9

The ninth and final season of the primetime soap begins as Alexis is comforted by Dex's solace and friendship and the two renew their passionate love for each other. Fallon slips out of Jeff's room after Sammy Jo shows up unexpectedly to accept his marriage offer. Blake is devastated by his fear that Krystle's disappearance at the end of season eight may by a severe mental disorder. Krystle has a serious brain tumor and has a risky surgery in Switzerland that leaves her in a coma. Meanwhile, a murder and secret the ties together the Carrington, Colby, and Dexter is uncovered, causing Alexis and Sable to square off over business and then over Dex. In the series finale, Alexis threatens to sue Blake for half of a plundered Nazi treasure unless Sable withdraws her lawsuit against Colbyco. Sable agrees and Krystina leads Fallon to the treasure, and they are followed by Dennis Grimes. Blake and Handler face each other in a shoot out, while Dex and Adam square off on each other. Dex is hurled into Alexis and Sable, sending all three over a rail, crashing down on the landing below.
